Licensed in Virginia, they specialize in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC. The Prudential Oakton Office is centrally located in the Western area of Fairfax County, convenient to Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William counties.

Eileen resides in the Sully Station II community in Centreville where she has lived since 1989 with her husband, Chris, and three children: Matthew, Michael and Clare. Pat has lived in the Penderbrook golf course community in Fairfax since 1993, and since 1975 has lived in in several areas of Northern Virginia, including Vienna, Arlington, McLean and Alexandria.

Both Eileen and Pat had successful careers in retailing before beginning their careers in real estate. Their business experience, strong work ethic and dedication to their clients has rewarded them with many repeat clients, as well as referrals from past clients.
